提供海外華裔、臺商及國內青少年暑期參加臺灣觀摩見學活動，增進海外青少年認識臺灣，促進海內外青少年交流互動。華裔青少年在活動中學習華語文口說、臺灣青少年在活動中學習外語交談，彼此觀摩學習，結交異國好友，建立跨國友誼。
由業師教授認識中華歷史文化、學習國粹藝術，在見學旅程中，安排有中華傳統文化習藝、臺灣藝術與人文史蹟走讀、臺灣文創基地參訪、臺灣生態景觀踏查、臺灣老街訪古追源及臺灣夜市文化體驗等主題課程，以環島方式走訪臺灣，除了瞭解臺灣經濟建設發展與中華文化在臺延續傳承的現況，更可透過實地參訪，發現臺灣的創造力與生命力、感受臺灣濃濃人情味與特有的風土民情、寶島最美風景。

◎ Three main highlights of the event:
1.Engage in cross-cultural and daily life exchanges with young people from both domestic and international backgrounds, and establish international friendships.
2.Explore Taiwan in-depth and experience the continuation and heritage of Taiwan's diverse culture and Chinese culture in Taiwan.
3.Travel around Taiwan to discover Taiwan's creativity and vitality through adventure.
The event provides overseas Chinese, Taiwanese businesses, and domestic youth with the opportunity to participate in summer observational and learning activities in Taiwan. This enhances overseas youth's understanding of Taiwan and promotes interaction and exchange between domestic and overseas youth. Overseas Chinese youth will learn Mandarin Chinese speaking, while Taiwanese youth will learn foreign language conversations, allowing mutual learning, making foreign friends, and establishing cross-border friendships.
Professional teachers will introduce Chinese history, culture, and national art. The study tour will include courses on Chinese traditional cultural arts, Taiwan's artistic and historical heritage walks, visits to Taiwan's cultural and creative centers, exploration of Taiwan's ecological landscapes, visits to Taiwan's old streets to trace historical origins, and experiences of Taiwan's night market culture. The island tour not only allows participants to understand Taiwan's economic development and the continuation of Chinese culture in Taiwan but also enables them to discover Taiwan's creativity and vitality through on-site visits, feel the warm hospitality and unique customs of Taiwan, and experience the most beautiful scenery of the treasure island.
**Accommodation:** Jian Tan Activity Center, Sun Moon Lake Activity Center, Kenting Activity Center, Yilan, Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung, Taichung area hotels with 4-6 person rooms.

1.中華傳統文化習藝：中國剪紙藝術。
2.臺灣藝術與人文史蹟走讀：十分車站/放天燈/十分瀑布、黃金博物館、中正紀念堂、國立故宮博物館、白沙屯拱天宮、宜蘭傳藝園區、鐵花村音樂聚落等走讀見學。
3.臺灣文創基地參訪：101商圈、西門町、中興文化創意園區、鐵花村音樂聚落、審計新村等基地參訪，發現台灣創造力。
4.臺灣生態景觀踏查：林田山林業文化園區、大坡池、知本國家森林遊樂區、龍磐大草原、海洋生物博物館、溪頭國家森林遊樂區，實地探訪踏查，落實無痕旅遊價值。
5.臺灣老街訪古追源：淡水老街、九份老街走訪，穿越時空與前人生活交流。
6.臺灣夜市文化體驗：走訪墾丁大街、士林夜市、花蓮東大門夜市、羅東夜市等，體驗台灣夜市文化。

◎報名須知：
1.凡患有心臟病、氣喘病、高血壓、糖尿病、癲癇症或其他慢性病不適合參加團體活動者，請勿報名參加，如違規定發生事故應自行負責。
2.活動期間如遇身體不適或特殊狀況時，應立即告知工作人員，勉強參加以致發生事故，請自行負責。
3.營隊報到時間如有變更，新製報到通知單於活動前7天寄發。
◎退費規定：報名後因故不克參加，請於活動前通知並至原報名地點逕行辦理。
(1)活動開始前第41天以前取消參加者，將收取活動費用5%。
(2)活動開始前第31天至第40天取消參加者，將收取活動費用10%。
(3)活動開始前第21天至第30天取消參加者，將收取活動費用20%。
(4)活動開始前第2天至第20天取消參加者，將收取活動費用30%。
(5)活動開始前1天取消參加者，將收取活動費用50%。
(6)活動開始日或開始後取消或未通知不參加者，將收取全額活動費用，恕不退費。
◎轉隊規定：請持原報名收據、報到通知單、個人證件至原報名地點辦理。各活動限轉隊一次，費用多退少補。
◎停辦延期：如因報名人數不足或天災、疫情等不可抗力因素，本團有權決定營隊停辦或延期，營隊停辦則退還全額活動費用。
◎活動保險：本次活動已向保險公司辦理200萬元活動舉辦期間責任保險，意外醫療理賠將依據該保險商品相關規定辦理。視個人需求可自行加保個人旅遊平安險或登山綜合保險。
◎本次營隊活動中有關旅遊、食宿、交通安排由中國青年旅行社或嚕啦啦旅行社辦理。
◎Registration Notice:
Those with heart disease, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, or other chronic illnesses unsuitable for group activities should not register. If an accident occurs due to violating this rule, participants will be responsible for themselves.
During the event, if you feel unwell or encounter special circumstances, you must immediately inform the staff. If you insist on participating and an accident occurs, you will be responsible for the consequences.
If there are changes to the camp's check-in time, a new notification will be sent 7 days before the event.
◎Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify and process the cancellation at the original registration location.
For cancellations more than 41 days before the event, 5% of the event fee will be charged.
For cancellations 31 to 40 days before the event, 10% of the event fee will be charged.
For cancellations 21 to 30 days before the event, 20% of the event fee will be charged.
For cancellations 2 to 20 days before the event, 30% of the event fee will be charged.
For cancellations 1 day before the event, 50% of the event fee will be charged.
If the event is canceled on the start date, during the event, or if no notice is given, the full event fee will be charged with no refund.
◎Transfer Policy:
Please bring the original registration receipt, check-in notice, and personal identification to the original registration location for processing. Each activity allows for only one transfer, and any cost differences will be refunded or supplemented.
◎Event Cancellation/Postponement:
In case of insufficient registration numbers, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the camp. If the camp is canceled, the full event fee will be refunded.
◎Event Insurance:
A liability insurance policy of NT$5 million has been arranged for the event period. Accident medical compensation will be processed according to the relevant insurance policy terms. Participants may purchase additional personal travel insurance or comprehensive hiking insurance as needed.
◎Event Arrangements:
Travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for this camp are handled by China Youth Travel Service or Lulala Travel Agency.
