The camp features a variety of engaging educational activities, including energy exploration at the Taiwan Power Company Southern Exhibition Center, ecological observation at Longluan Lake, wildlife conservation at the Formosan Sika Deer Ecological Park, and cultural heritage experiences at Guangfu Sugar Factory and the Qixingtan Katsuo Museum. These activities enrich participants’ knowledge of the environment and history throughout the journey.

This itinerary incorporates multiple modes of transportation, including trains (TRA), buses, and walking. Join the “Formosa Island Tour Group”, a five-day, four-night journey that takes children from north to south, from mountains to sea, exploring Taiwan’s rich history, diverse ecology, and fun challenges — learning through play and growing through travel!
Starting from Tainan, children step into the pages of history—visiting the Confucius Temple, exploring the iconic Hayashi Department Store, and cruising through the lush Sicao Green Tunnel, witnessing firsthand the elegance of Taiwan’s century-old cultural capital.
Next, we head to sunny Kenting to reach the southernmost tip of Taiwan! Children will feel the sea breeze, meet Formosan sika deer up close, and enjoy the lively vibes of Kenting Night Market under the starlit sky.
Then, it’s off to Taitung and Hualien to embrace nature’s grandeur—standing at the Duoliang Station for a view of Taiwan’s most stunning coastline, discovering ancient mysteries at the National Museum of Prehistory, enjoying the pastoral charm of Chulu Ranch, tasting handmade ice cream at Guangfu Sugar Factory, and finally arriving at Qixingtan Beach to listen to the waves and conclude this unforgettable journey.
