With backpacks on our shoulders, we bravely step out of our comfort zones to participate in a four-day self-challenge. The activity will start in Tainan’s Xilaya, where children will adventure and explore in nature. Through outdoor experiences and teamwork, they will learn communication, inclusiveness, and self-direction.
The program includes challenges such as tree climbing, rope walking, and dual archery, which will help cultivate focus, courage, and endurance. At the same time, children will learn scouting skills, including navigation, photo orientation, snake identification, first aid SOS, fire-starting, knot tying, trap making, and creating homemade water filters—survival skills that promote their growth through practice.
This is not just a game; it is a transformative experience for character and ability, encouraging children to step out of their comfort zones and become independent learners. Ultimately, they will share in the glory of victory at the campfire night, and this journey will leave an everlasting mark of bravery in their hearts.
