The four-day self-challenge activity will be a rich and meaningful experience. We will bravely step out of our comfort zones and embark on a journey to challenge ourselves. The activity will start in Tainan’s Xilaya and aim to cultivate students' self-directed learning abilities, teamwork spirit, and physical and mental well-being through outdoor exploration. In facing challenges, we will learn and grow into well-rounded individuals.
In nature, we will take on activities such as tree climbing, rope walking, rock climbing, rappelling, and dual zip-lining, which will help us develop focus and courage. At the same time, through activities like dual archery, we will train our physical and mental endurance. Throughout these experiential activities, we will need to cooperate with one another to overcome difficulties, which will aid in developing our construction and coordination skills. We will learn to be inclusive, understanding, and respectful of each other, which is crucial for personal growth and team cohesion.
In addition to pushing our physical limits, we will also engage in cooking activities, learning how to cook and start a fire outdoors, plan ingredients, and assign tasks. This will further strengthen our teamwork and survival skills. Preparing campsite meals together will not only be an enjoyment of food but also a training in resource management and creativity.
Ultimately, this activity will become an unforgettable experience, making us braver and more confident, and turning us into fearless individuals ready to forge ahead!
